By participating in the Vizard.ai Early Entry Affiliate Program ("Program"), you, the "Affiliate," agree to the following terms with Vizard. Your involvement in the Program signifies your acceptance of these terms.
The Affiliate will receive a commission of 25% of the sales amount for each successful referral through their unique affiliate link.
1.2 Timing
Commissions will be paid for the first 12 payments resulting from referred customers and will cease 12 months after the first sale. Referral cookies will expire after 60 days from the initial click. Commissions will be considered due and payable 30 days after the referred sale is completed.
1.3 Cash-out
The minimum cash-out amount is $50. Commissions will be disbursed monthly, with occasional delays of a few days. All affiliate tracking and reporting will be accessible through the Rewardful affiliate platform.
1.4 Tracking and Reports
The tracking and payment of commissions will be managed through the third-party Rewardful affiliate platform. The Affiliate will have access to Rewardful account interface for tracking and reports.
The relationship between Vizard.ai and the Affiliate is that of independent contractors and not an employee, agent or partner of Vizard.ai.
2.2 Legal Claims Responsibility
The Affiliate is liable for any legal claims arising from their promotional activities, indemnifying the Company against any resulting damages.
2.3 Confidentiality
Any non-public information obtained during participation must be treated as confidential.
2.4 Self-promotion
Self-promotion by affiliates is prohibited. Affiliate use their own referral link to purchase is not allowed.
2.5 Other Prohibited Circumstances
Prohibited practices include not limited to paid advertising, spam, misleading ads, trademark keyword bidding, false information, and actions damaging the brand or reputation of the Company.
Violation of these rules may result in the termination of the affiliate partnership. The Company reserves the right to cancel if the Affiliate's site is deemed unsuitable, including content promoting explicit materials, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, copyright infringement, or misleading identity. Affiliate shall not engage in "interstitials," "Parasiteware," or other deceptive practices.
By participating in the Vizard.ai Early Entry Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
